Passwords are never stored in plain text, they are hashed and encrypted using modern cryptographic standards before being saved.

We do not sell, share, or provide your assessment content or personal data to third parties for marketing or commercial purposes.

Our scam checker uses AI solely for analysing content you paste into the tool. The analysis identifies patterns commonly associated with scams, phishing, and social engineering.

• No pasted content is permanently stored after your analysis is complete.
• Your content is not used to train or improve any AI models.
• You should not paste sensitive financial details or proprietary business data.
• Business and charity accounts can disable the AI paste feature for their team via Account Settings.

Your account data is retained for as long as your account remains active. This includes your profile information, assessment results, and any badges or progress you have earned.

You can request full account deletion at any time through your dashboard settings. Once confirmed, your data is permanently removed after a short cooling-off period.

Email reports sent to you are stored securely and are not shared with any third party.

To get the most from our tools and keep your data safe, we ask that you:

• Complete assessments honestly so your recommendations are accurate and useful.
• Avoid pasting sensitive personal, financial, or proprietary data into the AI analysis tool.
• Take internal responsibility for acting on compliance recommendations within your organisation.
