Our commitment
CyberSafe Coach is committed to the safety and wellbeing of all children and young people who use this platform. All educational content for children is designed in alignment with KCSIE (Keeping Children Safe in Education) guidance and follows trauma-informed principles.
What this platform does and does not do
This platform:
- Does not collect personal data from children
- Does not require accounts or sign-in for children
- Does not monitor behaviour
- Does not ask children to disclose personal experiences
It provides educational content only.
If you are worried about a child
If you believe a child may be at risk, contact your school's Designated Safeguarding Lead (DSL) in the first instance. You can also contact:
- NSPCC helpline, 0808 800 5000 (free, Monday to Friday, 10am to 4pm)
