    Frequently asked questions

How does invoice or PO payment work?
Local authorities, NHS bodies and care groups can pay by invoice or purchase order on NET 30–60 terms. Start at /sector-onboarding, share a contact and (if relevant) a framework reference, and we'll send a quote and proforma invoice. Access is provisioned as soon as the PO is received.
What's the difference between Digitally Confident and Digitally Resilient?
Digitally Confident covers everyday cyber awareness, passwords, phishing, scams, device security and protecting the people you support. Digitally Resilient adds the safeguarding-led modules used by schools, care providers and local authority teams: misinformation, online exploitation, online radicalisation and information sharing. Both run on the same platform with shared completion tracking.
How does the platform support Ofsted evidence?
The manager dashboard tracks staff completion of every module, the date completed, and CPD minutes accumulated. You can export a CSV report, staff name, modules completed, completion dates, and safeguarding module status (DR 5–7), suitable for sharing with Ofsted inspectors, CQC inspectors or LA senior leadership. Schools also see the safeguarding readiness indicator aligned to KCSIE.
Is CyberSafe Coach free for individuals?
Yes. Individuals and families can access the free safety check and guidance at no cost.
    Do charities get different pricing?
Yes. Registered UK charities can subscribe at a community rate of £35/month for up to 50 users. Qualifying charities (and US nonprofits) can apply for free, unlimited access funded by the CyberSafe Foundation C.I.C.
    How do school licences work?
School licences cover all teaching and support staff on an annual basis. Pupils and their families can access CyberSafe Coach for free regardless, the school licence is specifically for staff training and compliance.
How does CyberSafe Coach fund free access for charities?
We donate 2% of every subscription and every Team Safety Snapshot or Personal Safety Report purchase straight to CyberSafe Foundation CIC, automatically, no opt-in required. Subscribers can also choose to add an optional 10% community contribution on top at checkout, and remove it at any time. These pooled funds are used exclusively to provide free or subsidised access to qualifying charities, schools and community organisations.
