    Common questions

    Does this count for our CQC and Ofsted evidence?
    Yes. Completion records, refresher dates and content versions are all logged. The evidence pack gives inspectors what they need to see digital safety training is in place and current.
    Can we pay monthly by card?
    Yes. Small services (up to 25 seats) can subscribe by card and start instantly. Multi-site groups usually prefer an annual invoice and PO, we support both.
    We're a children's home, is the safeguarding content right for us?
    Yes. The safeguarding modules cover online exploitation, radicalisation and information sharing, written for residential childcare and frontline children's teams. KCSiE-aligned.
    Do staff need to be tech-confident?
    No. Modules are written in plain English at around a 12-year-old reading level, take 10 minutes each, and work on a phone, tablet or laptop.
