Meet Brenda
Brenda is 78. Her support worker Sarah visits three times a week. On Tuesday, Brenda seems different, lighter, happier. She shows Sarah her phone. There's a conversation with a man called Michael. He's 62, recently widowed, a retired engineer. They've been talking every day for six weeks. He calls her his "angel." Last night he asked Brenda to send £500 via Western Union because his bank card had been frozen.
